Today, we’re diving into energetic reflection—the light you emit into the world. Have you ever heard the scripture about not hiding your light under a bushel? Instead, we’re called to set it on a hill for the world to see.
So, ask yourself: What am I doing to shine my light? Am I raising my vibrational energy to reflect more love, joy, and wisdom?
What Are You Focusing On?
The things we focus on expand. If you’re focusing on stress, fear, or negativity, you’ll find more of it. If you focus on light, love, and abundance, that’s what grows. The same principle applies to our personal energy and the way we nourish our bodies, minds, and spirits.
Let’s start with a simple question: What do you eat when you’re hungry? Your body signals that it needs nourishment, and ideally, you choose something that fuels you. You are the sum of your five most frequent interactions. If you surround yourself with people who inspire, uplift, and challenge you to grow, you will naturally rise to a higher frequency. But if you’re engaging in negative conversations or allowing others’ energy to weigh you down, your light will dim.
Here’s an easy way to check: How do you feel after interacting with someone? Energized and inspired? Or exhausted and drained? That’s a direct reflection of whether their energy is fueling or depleting your light.

Before engaging, ask yourself:
- Is this adding value to my life?
- Am I using this as a tool for growth or as a way to avoid something else?
- How do I feel after consuming this content?
A simple adjustment—unfollowing accounts that drain you and engaging with content that uplifts—can make a huge difference in your energetic vibration.
How to Reset Your Energy & Shine Brighter
If you’re feeling off, stuck, or overwhelmed, it’s time to reset. Here’s how:
- Check Your Mental Thoughts: Are your thoughts leading you toward hope, love, and faith? Or are they keeping you stuck in fear and negativity?
- Regulate Your Nervous System: Simple breathing exercises, meditation, and grounding techniques can quickly shift your energy.
- Establish a Spiritual Compass: Define your values, goals, and divine purpose. Where are you headed, and why? What are you allowing to guide you?
- Make Room for Yourself: Assess where your time and energy are going. Are you prioritizing yourself, your spiritual growth, and your happiness?
The Secret to True High-Vibe Living
You are here to be a co-creator with God. When you align with His plan for you, your light becomes unstoppable. When you take care of yourself—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—you shine brighter, feel lighter, and have a greater impact on the world around you.
